Privacy Policy

We design SolAir for teams that need transparent automation. This Privacy Policy explains the data we collect, how we use it, and the safeguards in place to protect your organization and token holders.

Data We Collect

  • Wallet metadata you connect to SolAir, including public keys and signatures required for auditing.
  • Campaign configuration details such as token mint addresses, recipient lists (if uploaded), and execution schedules.
  • Product telemetry (browser, device type, performance metrics) used to improve reliability.

How We Use Data

  • Operate, maintain, and secure the SolAir dashboard and automation services.
  • Provide customer support and proactive notifications about campaign status.
  • Comply with legal obligations, including anti-abuse monitoring and sanctions screening.

Data Retention

  • Recipient lists uploaded for CSV distribution are encrypted at rest and deleted 30 days after campaign completion.
  • Execution logs and billing records are retained for a minimum of seven years for accounting and compliance.
  • You may request accelerated deletion for specific artifacts by emailing privacy@solair.cloud.

Your Choices

  • Disable analytics collection anytime from the dashboard settings panel.
  • Request a data export in CSV or JSON format covering any campaign you own.
  • Sign a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar frameworks.

Email privacy@solair.cloud for access/deletion requests, incident reports, or DPA signatures. We respond within five business days and prioritize enterprise agreements with dedicated SLAs.
